The hotel location is perfect, right in front of the beach with stunning views. The spacious rooms and facilities were marvelous, exceeding expectations. The pool, though small, was enjoyable. The staff kindly upgraded our room for free, and the city center and malls were within easy walking distance.

The breakfast had a good variety of options, and the staff was friendly. The location was ideal for exploring the city, and the hotel had a shuttle service to the airport. The room had a nice view from the balcony.

The air conditioning didn't work properly, and the room was constantly hot and humid. The bathroom was poorly maintained, with mold on the tiles and an unpleasant smell.

Sunsets, security, friendly and attentive staff.. The Hotel by local Balikpapan standards (a community gathering pace yet not a tourism destination) is as good as the other 4 stars in the area.

Not being Muslim, the 04:30 morning prayers (loud broadcasts from immediate neighbourhood Mosque(s) ) are a detriment to sleeping capabilities. The liiter and odor of raw sewage in the area surrounding the hotel is an area the local Council should be addressing with a view to improving local environment. One would not swim in the sea in front of the hotel for fear of dissolving.

We had a wonderful stay here! The location was great, right in front of the beach, giving us a beautiful view and fresh ocean air. The staff were friendly and the rooms were spacious. We especially enjoyed the adjacent Irish pub for a drink and a game of pool. The hotel also had a good connection to the airport.

We highly recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Had a great weekend at a hotel near a stunning beach with great views. Enjoyed the comfortable room with an excellent ocean breeze and enticing pool. The hotel offered complimentary breakfast and a gym, which was fantastic. The staff were courteous and hospitable.

The internet connection was not good, which was challenging for work. The hotel lacked a walk-through gate and baggage scanner for security purposes.

This hotel boasts great facilities and an excellent location. Rooms are modern and clean, with minimalist decor and comfortable beds. Guests can enjoy beautiful sea views from the balcony. The breakfast buffet is well-stocked, with a good variety of dishes to choose from, and the staff are polite and friendly.

The check-in process can be slow and chaotic at times.

We had a great stay at this hotel, with clean and well-sized rooms. The staff was friendly and accommodating, especially Agus who helped us arrange transportation during our stay. The best aspects were the convenient location, with malls and restaurants within a 10-minute walk, and easy access to transportation to and from the hotel.
